When Sam's business expanded, a leap of faith was required and they vacated the old offices, made a few new hires and split the existing personnel in half across two new branches separated by 50km.
Each new branch employs a number of administrative and customer facing staff and while some functions such as Sales are at one location most functions such as billing accounts are spread across both branches.
